Budget Beef Box (Please read description)
This box will be comprised of 20-25 pounds of assorted cuts that aren’t always the most popular or sought after but are still incredible cuts with great flavor when prepared correctly.
The box would be an assortment of lean burger, minute steaks, shoulder steaks (london broil), osso bucco, stew cuts, top and bottom roasts, other braising type cuts, and organs.
The average per pound price would be in the $9-$12 range and total price will be reflected by the total weight of box and the various cuts. The total per box price will be in the $180-$300 range, with weight ranges of 20-25lbs.
The deposit for the box when ordering will be set at $100, and then the total amount of box at time of pickup or delivery will be the remaining balance minus the $100 deposit.
