For those looking to purchase the entire animal, we do offer that, but at a slightly different payment option.

For a whole animal, you will pay $7.50 per pound hanging weight. This is the weight of the carcass after it has been processed, which typically accounts for about 60-65% of the live weight. For example, if your cow weighs 1,200 pounds live, expect around 720-780 pounds hanging weight, which would be a total of $5400-$5850 cost to you, processed and individually packaged cuts.

You will receive all parts of the animal, from the meat, all bones, organs and beef fat (suet).

Be advised that an animal over 30 months is not allowed to retain the spine, as per the USDA, and therefore will not have T-Bones or Porterhouses. So not all animals will have those two cuts.
