King Of The Grill Box
Do you or someone you know spend a lot of time behind the grill? If so, then this is the box you need to be praised as the Grill King!
2 chuck eye steaks (2 per pack, 1/2in thick, appox. 2 pounds)
2 T-bone or Porterhouse steaks when available. (12-20oz each). NY Strips will be substituted otherwise.
2 Bone in Ribeye (12-20oz each)
1 roasting cut (approx. 3lbs), (tri-tip, picanha, brisket)
1 flank or skirt steak (16-20oz)
5lbs ground beef (5 x 1 lb packs)
2lbs kabob meat or stew meat (approx. 2 lbs)
2 packages short ribs (approx. 4-6 lbs)
1 jar cooking tallow (16 ounce)
1 jar/pack steak seasoning (4 ounce)
Fully USDA inspected, individually vacuum sealed and labelled.
Any steak may be substituted for another similar cut depending on availability.
Ground beef packs can also be substituted with ground beef burger patties of equal weight.
Beef boxes will be available for pick up at the ranch in Portsmouth, or delivery throughout Rhode Island for a small additional fee.
NOTE - Final price will be given once the box is packed and weighed. Steaks and other cuts very in size/weight and price, thus, the total expected final prices will be in the $320 to $380 range. If you’d like to add additional cuts, please let us know when you order and we can add those at market price.
