These roasts are the entire tenderloin from a side of beef. There are two tenderloins per cow. The average weight of a whole tenderloin averages in the 3.5 to 6.5 pound range depending on size of the animal. The price per pound is $39 per pound, so total price will likely be in the range of $136-$253 but can be slightly more or less depending on total weight.
We require a $100 deposit to reserve these tenderloins, and the customer will owe the final balance once the official weight and price is calculated.
